might take on an angle that turns out to be bad for the spine as an example.They are very straight forward,but better done under supervision to start with .There many good books out there as well ,when you feel more confident try them out.
A friend of mine did these gentle exercises during her pregnancy,she hardly showed any weight gain and she had an easy birth and is doing very well now.
